About Me

Experience: I have worked extensively with people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, couple’s or marital issues, eating disorders, end-of-life issues, as well as life transitions.

Therapy philosophy: I believe that therapy is most helpful when clients feel comfortable and safe. I make every effort to create an atmosphere that is warm, non-judgmental, and open. Given how unique and varied our lives are, I take an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s specific needs.

My goals: I aim to help clients achieve their personal goals, as well as develop a sense of connection to others and the world around them. Together, we can explore ways for you to tackle your challenges, and build a more fulfilling, enjoyable life – whatever that may look like for you!

Outside of therapy: I enjoy spending time with my husband, painting, following the NBA (go Celtics!), watching Top Chef, and learning new languages.
