Fees for Services
We are only accepting clients paying out-of-pocket, but can provide a Superbill for you to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask your insurance company if they will reimburse for Out-of-Network psychological services.
Sessions will be scheduled, conducted, and billed through our secure patient portal, which has a HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing system.

Why don’t you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance as this allows us to:
Focus solely on your needs without the limitations that come with insurance policies.
See you right away. Insurance delays clients getting appointments due to time-consuming paperwork and pre-authorization requirements.
Protect your confidentiality. When using insurance, clients' personal information (diagnoses, treatment plans, etc.) is shared with the insurance company to authorize payment for services. In contrast, when clients pay privately, your information is only shared between yourself and your therapist, which allows for greater control over your own privacy.
It is sadly not uncommon for us to hear “I have called looking for providers within my insurance, and nobody gets back to me.” We strongly believe you should not have to wait in order to receive the help you need.
